Bedtime rituals...

Last night after David said his prayers before bed, I stood up to take him into bed. He walked over to me, pushed me back down on the couch, went over and grabbed Daddy's hand, pulled him up, and said "bye bye mommy!" as he pulled Alex into his room to put him to bed. That kid LOVES his dad. If Alex is home, David only wants dad to put him to bed. They have this whole big ritual they do with all his stuffed animals before bed. I hear him in there laughing and talking with daddy every night before bed. It's nice that they have their own time together at night.
