David started 1st GRADE on Aug.23rd! I can not believe how fast the summer went by. (I suppose having a newborn had something to do with the time flying by...)
David was super excited to start school, but just not to wake up early. We are still struggling with that one, but it's only been a week. I'm sure we will get back into the swing of early bedtime so mornings aren't so hard.
Here he is on the first day of school.
He struggled getting ready to go until I brought out a little "first day of school surprise" for him....Looney Tunes Silly Bands! (Seriously, I don't know what the hype is about those things, but kids seem to love them.)
