My sister-in-law that was visiting was waiting in the car for me to get home from swim lessons with the kids when her 3 year old climbed in the front seat and jiggled the gear shift just enough to kick it out of gear and send it sailing down the driveway...right into our planter bed and on top of a rock. Luckily no one got hurt and there was no damage to the car. However, we did provide some great amusement for our neighbors and the local Sheriff's department who all had to come out to see the car on our front lawn. Apparently it was a slow day and they had nothing better to do than come check out the scene. So, there were 3-4 cop cars along with a firetruck and ambulance outside my house for a good hour or 2 while we waited for the tow truck to come get the car off the rock. It was an interesting afternoon for sure! :)
