About a month or so ago (I'm behind, yet again...) Alex went with his brother and a buddy to California for the 49'ers game where they retired Jerry Rice's jersey (Alex's favorite player). Alex got to enjoy some time away just hanging with family and friends and enjoying sunny Cali. He was able to go to Fisherman's Wharf and walk around while he was there seeing the sites....
Then there was the game, of course. They had GREAT seats and were seriously about 10 feet from being able to touch Jerry Rice. Pretty cool experience (and the fact that the 49'ers
almost won made for a good game).
