We are getting ready for school to end for the boys. Friday is their last day and we are all very excited about that. No more rushing to get ready in the mornings or worrying about getting homework done. Hopefully just nice and lazy for the next little while till the baby comes (which might be sooner than we expected).
David spent the last month and a half taking art classes from a lady in the neighborhood. Monday night was his art show and he was super excited to show us everything he had been working on. We came home and hung everything up in his room to admire some more. :)
David has also been involved in baseball again this year and is loving it! He enjoys going out in the backyard to practice hitting and throwing the ball with Alex and looks really good out playing. The weather has been so crazy the past little while going from freezing cold for one game to warm 70 degree weather for the next. Seeing that it's now June, I'm hoping that we might finally have some consistent spring (or even summer) weather for longer than a couple days at a time.
(This is David and one of his best friends, Zander)Nathaniel is such a funny kid now. He's got a lot of attitude still, but has such a funny personality as well. He makes such silly faces, likes to copy everything you say, and loves to do whatever Kaitlyn does. She calls him her "little buddy" and it is so cute to see and hear them play together (when they aren't fighting over a toy, of course).
